An alumnus of ASEAN Youth Fellowship 2018, Harry Pham Van Anh was appointed as the SIF Representative in Ho Chi Minh City in June 2019.
With a strong desire to serve others, Harry founded ECO Vietnam Group (EVG), a non-profit organisation in 2009. EVG works in over 10 underserved communities around Vietnam to support education and community development. Through his work as an SIF Representative, Harry hopes to bring Singaporeans and Vietnamese together to build friendships and cross-cultural understanding.
Harry studied engineering at Nanyang Technological University and holds a Master in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
