Arts and Disability Forum 2020

The Arts and Disability Forum (ADF) 2020 welcomed over 200 participants from more than 20 countries and featured speakers from Australia, India, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.

Held virtually for the first time since its inception in 2016, the three day Forum focused on “Cultivating Collaborations, Increasing Access” and engendered discussions on a broad range of topics, from creating social impact in lesser known to the successes and challenges with collaborations to the concept of “aesthetic access” among others. The Forum concluded with a series of workshops conducted by the panellists themselves, showing participants how to translate theory into practice.

The Forum also featured Partho Bhowmick, 2018 Arts for Good Fellow and Founder, Blind with Camera and Beyond Sight Foundation (India) as well as long time SIF collaborators Stevens Chan Founder, SOS Missions Berhad (Malaysia); Jean Loo, Co-Founder & Lead Producer, Superhero Me (Singapore) and Alecia Neo, Artist and Co-founder of Brack (Singapore).
