CausewayEXchange (CEX)

Professionals in the arts, medical and social sectors from Singapore and Malaysia came together to explore the role of the arts in the field of therapy and medicine through 2017’s Arts and Healing programme, a part of the CausewayEXchange platform in Kuala Lumpur.

The SIF was once again a main partner for this series of projects to harness the arts and culture for positive social change within our communities, providing support together with the Singapore High Commission in Kuala Lumpur, as part of our Arts for Good initiative.

The projects included Concert in the Dark, a performance by musicians and comedians from Singapore and Malaysia that took place in absolute darkness, so that audiences could gain insights into the world of those with visual impairments; as well as Healing through Arts, a forum on arts, therapy and healing.
