“Thank you SIF for opening our minds to care for youth mental health. With this programme, I am more enthusiastic about continuing to spread its benefits, especially by being present for my students who may need my help as a school counsellor. The workshop activity also made me realise that as a school counsellor, taking care of my own mental and physical health is equally important so that I can do more for others”
